Dyżur Konsularny w Michigan / Consular Visit in Michigan
HAMTRAMCK, Mich. – Konsulat Generalny Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej w Chicago uprzejmie informuje, że organizuje dyżur konsularny, który odbędzie się w dniach 2-3 marca br. w Piast Institute.
W trakcie dyżuru przyjmowane będą wnioski o wydanie paszportu polskiego. Proszę zadzwonić do Konsulatu i umówić się na piątek lub sobotę podając imię i nazwisko, datę i miejsce urodzenia. Zapisy na dyżur prowadzone są przez Konsulat przez następujące osoby:
